SONAR DEEP
PRIVACY POLICY

Sonar Deep is a game by spirtx ("we"). This policy explains what data the game
touches and what it never touches. The short version: we don't want your data —
the game has no accounts, no sign-up, and we run no servers of our own.
WHAT WE COLLECT OURSELVES
Nothing. Sonar Deep does not require an account and does not send your progress,
name, email, contacts, location, or any other personal information to us. Your game
progress (upgrades, best depth, settings, purchases) is saved in a file on your own
device and stays there. Deleting the app deletes it.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES THE GAME USES
Two third parties operate inside the app, and each handles some data under its
own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — shows the optional rewarded ads (the rescue drone and
double-salvage offers). AdMob may process device identifiers (such as the
advertising identifier), IP address, and coarse ad-interaction data to serve and
measure ads. On iOS, the app asks your permission first through Apple's App
Tracking Transparency prompt — if you decline, ads still work but are not

- Apple App Store (StoreKit) — processes the optional "Full Depth"
in-app purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment
details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
ADS AND CHILDREN
Sonar Deep is rated 4+ and contains no chat, no social features, and no
user-generated content. Ads are strictly optional — they only ever play when you
choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
YOUR CHOICES
- Decline the tracking prompt (or change it later in iOS Settings →
Privacy & Security → Tracking) — ads become non-personalized.
- Purchase "Full Depth" — the game then never shows the ad offers' network calls
to begin with; rescue and double-salvage become free.
- Delete the app — all local data is removed with it.
CHANGES
If the game ever adds features that change this policy (for example online
leaderboards), we will update this page and the effective date above before
shipping them.
