Privacy Policy

Nommi Collector ("the app") is designed to be completely private. It has no accounts, no logins, no ads, and no analytics or trackers. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. This policy explains what that means.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect any personal data. The app does not have a server, and none of your information is ever sent to us or to any third party.

Information you create, stored on your device

Everything you add in the app — the dolls you own, your wishlist and duplicates, prices and budget, notes and ratings, your collector name, and any photos you attach — is stored only on your device, using the app's local storage. We cannot see it, and it is never uploaded. If you delete the app, this information is removed with it.

Photos

If you choose to add a photo of your own doll, the app asks your permission to access your photo library. Selected photos are copied into the app's private storage on your device so they can appear in your collection. They are never uploaded or shared. You can remove a photo at any time. The app does not access your photo library for any other purpose.

Links to other services

The app includes links you can choose to tap — for example, an eBay sold-listings search, or authenticity reference guides. Tapping a link opens it in your device's browser. We do not send any information about you to those sites; from that point on, the destination site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

Children's privacy

Nommi Collector is suitable for all ages (rated 4+). Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no information from children. It contains no ads, no in-app purchases, no chat, and no social features. It is consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws, because there is simply no data collection to consent to.

Data security

Your information stays within the app's sandboxed storage on your device, protected by iOS. It may be included in your device's standard encrypted iCloud or computer backup, which is controlled entirely by you through Apple's settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and revise the "Effective" date above. Because the app collects no data, we do not expect material changes.
